Electronic Design Automation

Nothing moves in this world today without Electronics involvement. This fair situation has arisen since 1980's. Conceptual Designing & Technical Computing, Printed Circuit Boards (PCB's), Micro Chips/Integrated Circuits, Sensors, Embedded Systems play a vital role as a backbone of Electronic Design Automation.

Livewire has extended its training on:

  • Technical Computing & Conceptual Designing
  • Printed Circuit Board Design & Development
  • Integrated Circuit Design & Verification using VLSI Technology
  • Embedded Systems
  • Real Time Application Projects

The Role Of Livewire

Career focused training in

IT & Electronic Industry

With ISO 29990, LIVEWIRE have in their hands the first internationally applicable standard that focuses on the single most important asset organizations and facilities in this sector have: the learning services themselves. The standard can be certified against, making in eminently suitable for providing evidence of the quality and competence of learning service providers to all relevant stakeholders - above all, the learners themselves.

Education System

The IT industry has created significant demand in the Indian education sector, especially for engineering & computer science and advanced IT hardware and software skills.Formal sectors in IT education includes Universities which provide various courses of computer science, Information Technology like B.Tech, M.Tech, B.Sc., M.Sc., MCA., etc., The non formal education system comprises private training institutes offering flexible intakes and customized training.

The non-formal sector plays an increasingly important role in providing IT education to a large segment of the College/University sector's students.A large number of students join the training institutes to obtain up to date specialized skills in high - end applications.

A Glance At IT & Electronic Industry In India

One of the biggest factors that has helped India to make its mark on the world map is its booming IT & Electronics industrial sector accounting for approximately 67 percent of the $124-130 billion market. The industry employs about 10 million workforces. The contributions being made by the IT industry towards the country's GPD has led to a steady growth of the Indian economy.India's IT & Electronics industry is regarded as a hub of innovators providing  world class technology solutions across the globe.Various international organizations have set up their offices here in India like Google, Accenture etc.

Indian Electronics Industry today stands at a whopping $25 billion and is one of country's fastest growing industries with a growth at over 25%.According to recent report presented by Ernst & Young, the Indian Domestic demand for Electronic products has reached over $125 billion which creates higher demands for skillful professionals in the industry

Pollinating Drones

"Remove the bee from the earth and at the same stroke you remove at least one hundred thousand plants that will not survive".

A statement of this type was made by the major literary figure Maurice Maeterlinck in his work "The life of the Bee" in 1901.One might have even come across an active unverified meme similar to the above quote by Einstein.

Leaving the Whole "who said what" aside, brings us to the fact of the matter.Advent of various blanket technologies have created an inimical environment for the Earths Bee population.

In a classic twist to this tale the culpable Human Technology has inevitably come to the rescue.

Eijiro Miyako of the National Institute of Advance Industrial Science and Technology (AIST) Nano material's Research. He and his team created miniature robots that could be considered as a partial solution. They have created small drones coated in horsehair and a sticky gel that could help pollinate crops and help offset the loss of bees worldwide.

This manually controlled drone is 4 centimeters wide and weights 15 grams. The bottom is covered in horsehair coated in a special sticky gel. When the drone flies onto a flower, pollen grains stick lightly to the gel, the rub off on the next flower visited. In experiments, the drone was able to cross-pollinate Japanese lilies (Lilium Japonicum). Moreover, the soft, flexible animal hairs did not damage the stamens or pistils when the drone landed on the flowers. The find lings, which will have applications for agriculture and robotics, among others, could lead to the development of artificial pollinators and help counter the problems caused by the killing of honeybee colonies by Humans. This does nothing to stop the death of bees nor destruction of Earth by Humans
